Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order online?

It’s simple! Just browse our collection, add the items you love to your shopping cart, and click “Checkout”. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your shipping and payment information to complete your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept accept Bank of Maldives (BML) and MIB  transfers for orders and also cash MVR and USD currency.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?

We ship throughout the Maldives . Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on the destination. Most of our delivery within Male and Hulhumale is free. 

Our Store & In-Store Pickup
Do you have a physical store I can visit?

Yes, we do! We would love for you to visit us and see our collection in person. We have two shops. 
Oases Male – H.Noo Ali, Hithigas Magu, Male’ . 
Oases Park, Hiya Flat -5, Hulhumale Phase 2

Can I buy online and pick up my order at the store?

Definitely! To save on delivery time, you can select the “In-Store Pickup” option during checkout. We will send you an email notification as soon as your order is ready to be collected.

What are your store’s opening hours?

Our typical hours are Saturday to Thursday, from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with a break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. We are closed on Fridays. 

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We accept returns on most items within 24hours of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging. Please note that sale items may be final sale.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Please call our support team at our shops with your order number and the reason for the return. You can also bring the item directly to our store in Malé along with your proof of purchase.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to view your order history and saves your details for a faster checkout process in the future.
